All moneys received will be receipted for and the names of the contributors published in The Democrat, unless otherwise requested and every penny of the amounts forward to the proper headquarters. This, remember, is a people’s campaign, and the people who seek relief from existing political evils should respond and pay the legetimate expenses thereof. This popular appeal for funds for financing the campaign should meet with a liberal response.
