Notice Is hereby given to the owners of land assessed for the construction of the tile drain In the above entitled cause that ten (10) per cent of the assessments for benefits on each separate tract of land assessed for the construction of said drain will be due and payable on the first day of September, 1908, and ten (10) per cent thereof each month thereafser at my office In Jordan Township, jn said County and State aforesaid. All the unknown minor and adult heirs, legatees and devisees of each and every of the above named defendants are not residents of the State of Indiana.
