Washington, Aug. 4. —Thirty centi is too much to charge for transporting a passenger from Dubuque, la., to East Dubuque, 111., a distance of one and one-eigthth miles, according to a complaint “flled by the railroad commissioner of lowa with the interstate commerce commission.
