Baltimore. July 7. —United States Senator Rayner’s name is being mon tioned in Denver in connection with the vice presidential nomination, according to newspaper reports. The senator said: “Under no circumstances would I permit myself to be put in nomination for the vice presidency. • • • I know my own limitations.
