We ate ice cream with Mrs. Peter Heil Sunday. Burl Asher of Lacross spent Sunday with home folks. Mr. Marble and Mollie Clark were through these parts Tuesday. Farmers in this locality have begun harvesting their rye and wheat. Jim Clark and son Ira and Charlie Cline were fishing Monday evening. Relatives from Chicago are visiting with Mrs. Cass Wesner this week. Grandpa Keene called on his daughter at Dunn’s siding Thursday evening. Stella Heil spent a couple of days during the week with friends in Four Corners. Will Stalwood returned to Montana Friday, where he expects to work during the summer. Mrs. Elwood Davis and daughter Francis and Mrs. Will Turner were guests of relatives here Friday. Nellie Knapp returned home Wednesday from a few days visit with her brother at Walker Center.
