State of Indiana, at the hour of two o'clock p. m., on SATURDAY. JUNE 27, 1908, sell at public outcry in three separate sections to be designated at the sale, to the lowest and best bidder, the contract for construction of the Nicoli Rasmussen Ditch. Cause No. 90. of the Jasper Circuit Court. The successful bidders will be required to enter into contract to complete the work according to the specifications and profile and give bond with a penalty equal to the amount of their bid.
