The township assessors # met Thursday and agreed upon’ the following basis of assessment of personal property for 1908: All good notei drawing I per cent interest to be assessed at full face value. All good' notes drawing 6 per cent Interest to be assessed at a discount of 2 per cent. All stocks of goods and merchandise to be assessed at 75 Jler cent of the invoice value. All average horses with speed records, 1200 and upwards at the discretion of the Assessor. All pure bred draft horses iSOO, or grade draft horses $200; higher or lower at the discretion of the Assessor.
