Court Stops Ticket Scalping.

Kansas City, Feb. 12.—United States District Judge Smith McPherson issued an order permanently restraining eleven so-called ticket brokers, from buying or selling nontransferable reduced rate railroad tickets. The decision will close the scalpers’ offices here.
