SMALL DEPOSITORS IN LUCK.

Will Receive Payment in Full-Ten Per Cent, lor Others. Logansport, Ind., February 11Judge John S. Lairy yesterday ordered Willard Elliott, receiver of the defunct Baldwin-Dague bank, at Ambia and Fowler, to make a 10 percent, dividend to depositors, A similar order was made by Judge Hanley, of Rensselaer, regarding the defunct Baldwin-Dague bank at Goodland. Checks were sent out by A. G. Jenkins, attorney for the receiver and the former bankers. As the result of a conference with the receivers all the depositors who have $lO deposits or less in the banks will immediately be paid in full. The money will be advanced by Jenkins. By this plan about 450 aocounts will be closed out.
