NOTICE TO SUBSCRIBERS Please bear in mind that under the recent amendment to the Postal Rules and Regulations publishers can not send newspapers to subscribers who are not paid in advance under the old rate of 1 cent per pound, but must pay 1 cent for each copy so sent.
