Notioe is therefore hereby given said Defendants, that unless they be and appear on the sixth day of March, 1906, the same being the 23 day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court to be holden on the second Monday of February, A. D. 1908, at the Court House in the City of Rensselaer, in said County and State, aud answer or demur to said complaint, to quiet title and have released of records, mortgages, and judgments on real estate in Jasper County, Indiana, the same will be heard and determined in your absenoe.
