T., Sept. 19.—The returns from the election of Tuesday shows that the constitution have been adopted 3 to 1; that prohibition has carried by at least 30,000, and that the whole Democratic state • ticket, headed by Chas. JL Haskell, of Mugkogee, has been elected by a majority I of more than 20,000. In the congressional election the Democrats seem to have chosen four of the five representatives.
