ULTIMATUM TO BIG PACKERS
Live Stock. Commission Men Refuse to Sell Cattle of Any Kind Under Proposed Regulation. Chicago, July 11. —The live stock commission men’s ultimatum to the big packers on the post-mortem inspection controversy has been given out by the committee appointed at Monday’s meeting of the Chicago live stock exchange. They Will refuse to sell cattle of whatever class subject to post-mortem inspection, as demanded by the packers.
