'Tex., June 3.—The jury rendered a verdict tor the state of (1,623.900 penalties in the ouster suit of the state of Texas vs. the WatersPierce Oil company, and granted the prayer of the state that the company’s permit to do business in Texas should fee cancelled. An appeal will be asked for at once by the defense. ;
