Schmitz Gets No Change.

San Francisco, May 22. Judge Dunne, after hearing both sides in the application of Mayor Schmitz for a change of judges in the latter’s case, refused a change of venue. Arrangements were then made for the drawing of a first panel of talesmen to report at 10:30 a. m. today, and all witnesses were - excused until the same hour tomorrow, when It is hoped that tbe trial will really begin.
