MRS. GOULD'S DIVVORCE SUIT
She Alleges “Cruel and Inhuman Treatment” and Desires Pull Publicity in the Matter. ' New York, May 21. Clarence Shearn, counsel few Ifra. Howard Gould, said that Mrs. Gould’s suit for permanent separation from her hue-
hand had been filed In the supreme court, but the papers in the case have not been served on Gould. Shearn said that Mrs. Gould brought suit on the ground of cruel and Inhuman treatment covering a period of more than three years. The lawyer also declared that suit will bo tried In open court, adding: 4 “Mrs. Gould desires that full publicity be given to it and she refuses to spare any one engaged In the plot against her.”
