A DRAWN VICTORY.

The court rendered his decision in the Rhoades va. Geier injunction case from Remington Wednesday afternoon, dissolving the injunction and taxing the costs up to defendant Geier. As there were a large number of witnesses in the case the costs will run up to quite a sum, and of course their attorney fees come extra, making it quite expensive on both aides.
