Our Big Fleet Is Reedy.

Norfolk. Va.. April 16.—The North Atlantic fleet, comprising fourteen battleships and three cruisers, under the command of Rear Admiral Evans, is now anchored in Hampton roads ready to receive the fleets of foreign powers which will attend the opening of the Jamestown exposition.
