Louis, April 4.—Complete returns shows that the election resulted In the election of the entire Demo< ratio city council ticket and fifteen Dem* ocrats of the twenty-eight members of the house of delegates. Of the four members of the school board voted for, two Democrats and two Repub* llcans were elected.
