Sustains Liability Act.

Washington. March 14.—Information has just been received by the interstate commerce commission of the decision of Judge Trleber, of the United States district court in the eastern district of Arkansas, sustaining the constitutionality of the employers’ liability act, In the case of Henry Splaln against the St Louis and San Francisco Railway company. Judge Trleber agrees with Judge Hanford, In the western district of Washington, In holding that the enactment was within the powers of congress.
