Notice of Collection of Ditch Assessments. To David Mauck, Isaac Stucker, John Kirz and James Brohosky, John Romine, :John Gilldenzopf, Frank Yeager, and Rosa Stewart, John Barinda, Jackson Civil Tewnship of Newton County, Indiana and Colfax Civil Township of Newton County, Indiana. You and each of you are hereby notified that the undersigned has been appointed Superintendent of the John H. Gilldenzopf, et al Ditch. Cause No. 5975, pending in the Newton Circuit Court and that the court has ordered the construction of said improvement without delay. Therefore, in order that I may have funds on hand to pay the expenses of said improvement and for the construction thereof, you are notified that ten per cent of your benefits will be payable on the first day of April, 1907.
