Notice is hereby given that the undersigned as Superintendent of the Amaler Ditch, pending in the Commissioners' Court of Jaaper county, Indiana, under came No. 4673, will receive sealed bids for the construction thereof, at tie post offioe in the village of Parr, Union township, Jasper county, Indiana, on MONDAY, OCTOBER 8, 1906, at 10 o'clock in the foreuoon. The line of said improvement is substantially as follows: Commencing at a point lAS feet south of the northwest oorner of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 28, Township 30. north, rnuge 7 west, in Jasper county, Indiana, thence in a westerly and northwesterly direction to the Iroquois river. This improvemnt it to be constructed of tile as per the report, as follows: From station oto station 13 of 14 inch tile. From station 13 to station 2S of IS iueh tile. From station 25 to station 48of 16 inch tile. From station 48 to station 64 of 18 luch tile. The average depth of this ditch will be over five feet. The estimated cost of this improvement for tile work is $1,460. The ooutracior will be required to enter Into a bond as required by law for the construction of said improvement in all respects according to the plans and specifications and the orders made in reference thereto. ’ No bid will be considered which exceeds the estimated cost of the improvement.
