Notice is hereby given to the creditors, heirs and legatees of Benjamin Hoard, deceased, and all persons interested in said estate, tn appear in the Jasper Circuit Court, on Tuesday, the 11th day of .September, 1908. being the day fixed and endorsed on the final settlement account of Thomas H.
