Notice is hereby given that we will file a petition at the August term, 1906, of the Commissioner's Court of Jasper County and State of Indiana, praying for the vacation of a public highway now situated on a line commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter (J 4 of the Northeast quarter (’<) of Section Twenty-nine (29) in Township Thirty (30) North.
