Notice is hereby given that we will file a petition at the August term, 1906, of tbe Commissioner’s Court of Jasper County and State of Indiana, praying for tbe vacation of a public highway now situated on a line commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter (H) of the Northeast quarter (X) of Section Twenty-nine (29) tn Township Thirty (30) North, Range Six (6) West, in Jasper County. Indiana, and running thence East three-fourths (%) of a mile, thence South about four (4) rods, thence East about ten (10) rods to a public highway running North and South. Therefore you will take notice that our petition will be filed and presented on the first day of said term of the Commissioners' Court, being the 6th day of August, t 906, and that Viewers will be appointed by said Court to view such highway proposed to be vacated. No. 4334 of the Commissioners Court of Jasper County, Indiana, will let the contract for said work to the lowest bidder at the Post Office in the town of Parr. Jasper County. Indiana, at ten o’clock a. m. on the 2nd day of August, 1 1906. Such contractor shall give bond to the approval of the undersigned and in all respects as the law provides. Said work shall be completed on or before the 10th day of September, 1907, Reference is made to specifications for said improvement.
