Notice is hereby given that we will file a petition at the August term, 1906, of tbe Commissioner’s Court of Jasper County and State of Indiana, praying for tbe vacation of a public highway now situated on a line commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter (H) of the Northeast quarter (X) of Section Twenty-nine (29) tn Township Thirty (30) North, Range Six (6) West, in Jasper County. Indiana, and running thence East three-fourths (%) of a mile, thence South about four (4) rods, thence East about ten (10) rods to a public highway running North and South.
