Kilgore was a capitalist, and was traveling with his wife and ex-Governor W. T. Durbin and wife. Small Cannon Bursts. Four Men Drowned in Florida.
Jacksonville, Fla., July 6. Four men were drowned in St. John’s river In attempting to cross the river in a small rowlioat. The dead are: James Robinson, Charles Richardson, Adam Hull and Shed Greer, all employes of the Armour fertilizer factory.

Moscow, July 6.—Marla Spiridonovo, wljo killed Chief of Police Luzhenoffsky, of Tambov, was sent to Siberia with other prisoners.
