IM., June 15.—The supreme court has handed down a decision in the Hudleson will case, which has been prominently mentioned of late in connection with the recent Illinois supreme court “mystery.'’ and in which it is said an attempt was made to change the opinion of the 'ourt The supreme court affirms the judgment of the Clay county circuit court, setting aside the will. The heirs lived in different states, and under leadership of Catherine McDaniel, Susan Stewart and others instituted proceedings to render the will Invalid.
