Said petition calls for the construction of s large open ditch on the following desorilted' route, to-wlt; Commencing at a point ten rods south of the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section twentyeight (28 township thirty (30) north, range seven (7) west in Jasper County, Indiana, aud front thence west one-fourth of a mile to an open ditch, and from theuce south to the north line of a public highway aud from theuce west the distance of one-half mile to the easterly side of the hlghwuy running north aud south and from thence along the easterly side of said highway the distance of about forty rods and from tbenoe southwesterly an<l westerly to the Iroquois River ditch where the same will have u good aud sufficient outlet. Therefore, you are hereby notified that the petition will be heard on Monday, June 4. 1906, by the Board of Commissioners of Jasper county, Indiana, and that this is to notify you of such fact.
