Said petition calls for the construction of a large open ditch on the following described route, to-wit; Commencing at a point ten rods south of the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of sectlou twentyeight (28 township thirty (30) north, range seven (7) west in Jasper County, Indiana, and from thence west one-fourth of a mile to an o|>en ditch, and from thence south to the north line of a public highway and from thence West the distance of one-half mile to the easterly side of the highway running north and south and from thence along the easterly side of said highway the distance of about forty rods and from thence southwesterly and westerly to the Iroquois Kiver ditch where the same will huve a good nml sufficient outlet. Therefore, you are hereby notified that the iietitlou will bn heard on Monday, June 4. 1906, by the Board of CommUsionurs of Jasper county. Indiana, and that this is to notify you of such fact.
