Remington Ind., Meh. 28, Editor Democrat: Dear Sir: I saw in your paper a short time ago of a Duroc sow that broke the record by farrowing 44 pigs in eleven months. I bad a sow farrow 16 pigs March 25, 1905; 15 pigs September 2, 1905; 16 pigs March 23, 1906; total 47 pigs in two days less than twelve months. Raised 26 of them.
