Chicago, March I.—Complete rehabilitation of the Walsh fortunes and the reopening of the Chicago National bank by John It. Walsh himself are the sensations promised in financial circles immediately following the completion of negotiations between the clearing house committee and three great raih way systems which are now bidding for the Walsh properties. An interesting feature of the report Is that the bank will reopen in the old quarters of the Chicago National, corner Monroe and Dearborn streets.
