Anna Shertz, Merritt Johnson, Alonzo Buckley, Wesley J. Fell, John Y. May, Lucy Wickersham. Joseph Hotler, Lewis Theis, B. F. Streid, Anna Shertz and Peter D. Shertz, M. Johnson. Stephen Buckley. Anna E. Weeks, Wesley Fell. George Welsh. Peter A, Rowland, Spencer Hamilton. Civil Township of Carpenter by A. A. Fell, Trustee, That John Stack and others have filed their ditch petition for the construction and location of a Public Ditch and laterals thereto as follows: Commencing at a point 23H feet east and 240 rods south of the north-west corner of section 30. township 37 north, range 7 west, in Jasper County. Indiana, and from thence northwesterly to the Hunter Ditch, cause No. 8408 iif Commissioners’ court, and branches, one commencing at a point 60 rods west and 30 feet south of the north-east corner of section 18 in said township and range, and from thence to the main line of ditch, following the best route for same, and another lateral commencing at a point 30 rods north and 25 feet east of the south-east corner of section 18. in said township and range, westerly to the main line of ditch. That the petition was filed with the Auditor of Jasper County, Indiana, on February 36, H-. 06, and the petitioners and Auditor have fixed on Tuesday, April 8, 1806, as the day for the docketing of said petition, and all parties are notified of such fact.
