D. Lakin, and appropriating and following the line of said eight inch tile to a large open ditch on the land of said Lakin, where the same will have a good and sufficient outlet. Tbe location and construction of said proposed ditch will affect your lands and the public highways of said township, and this is to notify you of the pendency of said proceeding.
