(Gifford) 20 In order to announce the name of the fortunate winner of this elegant instrument in its issue of Dec. 24, 1905, The Democrat has decided to close the contest promptly at six o’clock on the evening of Dec. 21, and after that no votes will be received. Contestants will therefore govern themselves accordingly, and see that every vote is in before that hour. Remember this and do not delay the matter of getting in every vote for your organization that you possibly can, and before 6 o'clock, p. m., Dec. 21, 1905.
