A SUCCESSFUL ENTERTAINMENT.

“The Union Depot for a Day,’’ by home talent at the opera house last Friday night was a success in every way. The entertainment was given for the benefit of the Rensselaer Christian church, under the direction of Miss Margaret Rebecca McCullough, of the Bock Entertainment bureau, and of course much of its success was due to her management. The house was packed, every seat being taken, and many people standing up while others were turned away for lack of room. It was funny from beginning to end and the bouse was kept in an uproar of laughter all the time. The receipts were $172, and after paying all expenses and paying Miss McCullough her per cent, some $55, the church cleared about SBS.
