SPECIAL MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL.

The city council held a special meeting Monday night with all members present. In the matter of the Plum and Franklin street sewer, same was continued. The matter of repairs to old drain on same streets was referred to the Sewer Committee to investigate the cost and report at next regular meeting. It was voted to purchase 500 feet of Diamond Brand fire hose and the mayor was authorized to sign contract for same.
