Assassination on All Saints' Day.

Shelbyville, Ind., Nov. 3. While returning from a Halloween party early in the morning Clarence Brown, 18 years old, was shot and fatally wounded. His assailant, who was lying in a corn field by the roadside, fired three shots at Brown and fled.
