Two Young Degenerates.

English. Ind.. Nov. 3.—Floyd Sinclair and Narley Durbin, 14 years old, and Guy Robinson, aged 13, were arrested on a charge of attempted railway wrecking. Sheriff Crews believes older heads are behind thecrime. Spikes, fish plates and other obstacles were fixed on the track. The boys were arrested in school and did not deny the crime.
