I atn not a land agent, bat I can tell you where I bought land last year that has already Increased in value 150 percent. Thia is because thousands of Americans are investing there, building railroads, sngarmills, saw-mills, and other things necessary to develop a new and fertile country. Land that is producing SSO to 675 clear profit per acre yearly in sugar cane. Land that is producing $750 per acre net profit yearly in ordinary cocoanuts.
