Oct. 4.—Judge Kohlsaat ruled that no action be taken In the Western -Life Indemnity company’s proposed transfer until a decision 19 reached 011 petition for an injunction restraining policyholders from voting cn the proposition. A move has been made to have Manager Rosenfeld declared bankrupt.
