Whsels-They are built with thoroughly seasoned white oak hubs that are very large, allowing a very large spoke tenon which adds greatly to the life of a wheel. The spokes are selected from second growth white oak, being thoroughly dry and straight grain. The hubs are also capped to prevent sand and dust from getting into the skein.
