DEATH OF JUDGE TOURGEE

Author of “The Fool's Krrand’’ Dies at Bordeaux, France, Where He Was Consol. Bordeaux, May 22.—Judge Albion Whiegar Tourgee, of Mayvllle, N. Y„ United States consul here, is dead of acute uraemia which resuited from an old wound. Judge Tourgee had been ill for some time. He was born at Williamafleld. 0., May 2,183 S. Paris, May 25.—The body of Judge Tourgee, United States consul at Bordeaux, who wiled Sunday, have arrived here. The remains were cremated today.
