One Man Will Probably Die.

Shelbyville. Ind., April 27. One man was probably fatally hurt, three were severely Injured, and several slightly cut and bruised when a caV on the Indianapolis and Cincinnati traction line passed into an open switch, colliding with a work car, north of Acton. The Injured are: Henry Oltman, traveling salesman, serious; Lewis Fritz, motorman, chest and legs crushed; William Emsllnger, scalp wound and leg mashed; Joseph Henderson, shoulder bruised and fingers dislocated.
