New York, April 27.—Grover Cleveland Fuller of Chicago, the jockey, who was thrown from his mount at the finish of the Excelsior handicap, is said to have sustained a fractured kneecap. He is at the Jamacia hospital and probably will not be able to walk for several weeks.
