ALL BENTON COUNTY MAY BE “DRY.”

Fowler. Ind., April 24. —The town of Earl Park, Benton county. is the last stronghold of the liquor men. There are five saloons there, with a population of 700. The war has now begun in earnest, and it is said the town will not have a saloon left in one month from to-day. The temperance movement is headed by Jesse Holtam, the last Republican candidate for county auditor; John Flinn, a Democrat, and other prominent men of both parties. The fight will be the last bitter struggle in this county, and will be fought out this week.
