Mrs. Duke’s Partner Arrested.

Chicago, Feb. B.—Charles F. Taylor, business partner of Alice Webb-Duke, was arrested on a charge of swindling E. A. Blount of Nagadoches, Tex., out of $3,000. He was taken from his offices at 514 Continental National Bank building to a cell at the Central police station. Both Mrs. Duke and Taylor are under Indictments. She was arrested In New York, but the Texas courts quashed the Indictments against her. Taylor declared that he would fight extradition.
