Indianapolis, Ind., Feb. 9. —By an agreement reached between the father of Moses Fowler Chase, the young LaFayette millionaire, who is now Insane, and his aunt, Mrs. Ophelia Duhme, the boy’s estate of $1,000,000 will pass at once to the control of the father and all litigation will cease.
