DEATH OF J. H. MANLEY

Once Chairman of the National Republican Executive Committee Passes Suddenly to His Rest. Augusta, Me., Feb. 8. —Joseph Homan Manley, once chairmnn of the national executive conunlttce of the Republican party, died suddenly at his home here. Manley had not been In good health for several years, hut his death was not considered imminent. He was found dead in bed, having died of apoplexy.
