THE COMMON COUNCIL.

The Common council of the City of Rensselaer met in regular session Monday evening, but little business was transacted. An ordinance providing for the issuing of bonds for the unpaid assessments on the Division and Scott street sewer, some sll2, was passed, and the matter of form of bond referred to the city attorney.
