ANOTHER EXCURSION TO NORTH DAKOTA. Wm. B. Donahue, representing the John Mueller Land Co., of Lisbon, North Dakota, will accompany another party of land-seekers to the great crop-producin*g county of Ransom, North Dakota, on Tuesday, October lb. The party will leave Rensselaer on the 6:32 pr m., train Tuesday, and all those who are looking for good, cheap homes of their own, in a locality where good soil and good crops are the rule rather than the exception, will do well to accompany Mr. Donahue on this excursion, his last one, probably, for this season. Among those who have recently bought lands in Ransom county are Conrad Kellner, Rensselaer, quarter section; Dr. Liston, Brookston, half section; Mr. Mansfield, Brookston, three quarters. Mr. A. V oss of Jordan tp., who bought a half section last spring, has just recently returned from another trip to Lisbon and has leased a half section more, and will farm 640 acres next year, as he expects to move there in a few months. He has a brother-in-law there who has raised this year (his first year) 4,000 bushels of oats and 3,000 bushels of wheat which will at least half pay for the half section of land of his this year. r For low round trip rates, descriptive circulars and any other information, call at N. Dittlefield’s Real Estate Agency, Rensselaer, Ind. Office over Racket Store.
